Q) I won a tournament, how do I receive my prize?
A) Within one business day you will receive a confirmation email requesting your mailing address or confirming the shipping of the item. If you have not received communication, please first check your bulk mail or spam folder. If after that point you have not received the email, please us the form page on the contact us page.
Q) How long should it take for me to receive my prize that I won in a tournament?
A) Most prizes are fulfilled by the respective companies. Please allow up to 6 weeks. If at that point you have not received your prize, please us the form on the contact us page.
Q) I am not a resident of the US, can I still play
A) ZeroRiskPoker is focused on the US Market and US Players. We do not prohibit International Players from playing, however please be aware if you are eligible to claim the prize. In the tournament description it will list if the item must ship to a US address. If you are an International Player and win a US only tournament, we cannot ship to you. However you can supply us with a family or friends mailing address in the US to have the item shipped.
Q) I want to remove dealer chat, sound, avatars during matches. How can I do this?
A) If you right click on the table you will receive an options pop up. You can select or de-select several items to improve your playing functionality.
Q) I would like to play in more tournaments or ring games however I am out of chips. How can I receive more.
A) If you visit the cashier section from the main lobby, you can get more chips by requesting in this area.
Q) I would like to play my friends in a private tournament. How do I set a tournament up?
A) If you have a minimum of 9 friends, please email us at support@zeroriskpoker.com and let us know what date and time you would like us to set up the tournament. We will put up a prize valued at $25 for the winner. You are eligible to play one private tournament per month.
